A few things to get right
Crypto transfers can't be reversed, so a quick check here keeps your swap smooth and your funds safe:
- •Send the exact amount shown. A different amount can delay your swap or send it to manual review.
- •Send before the timer ends. Your rate is locked only for the countdown shown on the deposit screen.
- •Include the Memo / Destination Tag / Extra ID if one is shown. Some coins (like XRP, XLM, and others) require it — leaving it out can cause your coins to be lost.
- •Double-check the receiving address and network. Coins sent to the wrong address or chain can't be recovered.
